The location is fantastic and the breakfast excellent. Very helpful staff.

Not a problem for me, but the lift is very small.

Location to sights was excellent, Spanish steps 5 minutes, Trevi fountain 10 minutes and Colosseum 20 minutes walk away. Excellent choice of restaurants locally.

The other couple in our group had to change rooms on last night which was disappointing

The staff were as nice as I have experienced and the hotel was very new, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was fine and the location second to none - 2 minutes from the Spanish Steps and 25 minutes walk from the Vatican. We will be returning.

It is a little small but I think that is reflected in the price. The selection for breakfast isnt fantastic but I think again that is reflected in the price.

This hotel was much more than I expected. The location was fantastic, close to the Spagna metro station (2 min walk) and walking distance from all the major sightseeing. Our room had a nice ambiance and we had a spa bath in our bathroom, which was very nice. The breakfast was nice and the young lady at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. We had the best coffee at this hotel then any other hotel on our whole Europe trip. I cannot find fault on any level.

Big rooms and very good location

The staff were really great, very helpful and kind. The location is perfect.

The bathroom fittings were quite tired. The basin was chipped, one of the vents in the jacuzzi bath was missing. The decoration in the bedroom needed attention. The rooms are very small, but for central Rome quite acceptable

Wonderful place you can stay in , near for every thing. you,and very hospitality helpful staff ,5 star hotel in fact.

elevator is small but this is not stop to be stay in this great hotel

Very spacious room with excellent features and a beautiful large roof top terrace. The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. It is right in the heart of the shopping district. A very classy hotel in a very classy location.

The location was wonderful, a peaceful street, but so near to the Spanish Steps, shops and other landmarks. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Fantastic location, very comfortable and clean apartment, good breakfast, easy access from the metro and great shops and restaurants - just steps away. Close to the Spanish Steps and other tourist attractions within walking diatance.

Excellent Location. Central location for most of the sights in Rome.

The standard double room was incredibly small! I would guess it to be no mre then 11sqm Not at all what it looked on the net! The staff though were very helpful in relocating us to another hotel just steps away, The room at the Frattina b&b was fabulous! Many thanks to Marta at the Uptown for her gracious service to us.

I like the way that the staff deal with guests. I like the location and the quiteness of the atmosphere. Over all I enjoyd my stay

I found some difficulty of getting my luggages up to the rooms because of the size of the lift.

This turned out to be a pleasant surprise ... an excellent hotel with very helpful staff who made our 2 day stay most enjoyable..... Excellent suggestions in regards to local dining ...... we highly recommend this hotel .....also using Booked.net is a new experience for me and turned out to most trustful and their ratings etc. were also quite truthful .....very pleased with hotel and booking service .....betty and cliff meta

I was here two times. The first was more pleasant when we booked the simple room. It has very good location and two women on reception always helped us very much. Nice breakfast for italy. And the hotel is on silent street.

The second time we was in big deluxe room and it was problems. The bed was sagging, you hear everything is doing on the kitchen, and you have a small balcony but hose of condition goes here and everything is in water. With a noise like in toilet and then switching on motor of pump and it's really noisy so you can not speak by phone! When we asked about this problem man on reception he said that it's normal and go out! So don't leave on first floor where reception and kitchen.
